One contractor, one compliance date, one monthly figure. We test the backflow devices and mixing valves, build the asset register, and fix things before they stop a site.
Backflow prevention testing
Annual testing, repair and lodgement with the water authority, by plumbers holding the endorsement.
Thermostatic mixing valve servicing
Every 12 months under AS 4032.3, done on the same visit as backflow so the site has one date.
Asset registers
Every plumbing asset located, photographed and logged, including the ones missing from the drawings. CCTV used to map the underground pipework.
Preventative plans
Tap servicing, isolation valve exercising, hot water maintenance and flexible hoses logged with replacement dates.
Priority repairs
Contract clients are allocated ahead of general enquiries.
Lifecycle replacement
Plant replaced on your schedule, not on a Friday afternoon.
Some of the organisations that keep us on their approved lists.

Most sites inherit a register that is incomplete, and a compliance folder with gaps. Asset management means knowing what is on site, what condition it is in, when it was last tested and when it is due. Preventative maintenance is what you do with that list so the same leak does not get paid for three times.
We walk the site first. The asset count and how often we need to attend set the fee. You get a fixed monthly figure in writing, plus a stated rate for anything outside the contract. No surprises on the invoice.
YEARS ON COMMERCIAL SITES
Plant rooms, cupboards, roof and the pits in the carpark.
Including what the drawings missed.
Who gets the reports and when.
Same crew, report after every visit, compliance dates tracked for you.
A site walk takes a few hours and costs you nothing to ask about.
Annually, by a licensed plumber holding the backflow endorsement, with the result lodged with the water authority.
The compliance testing, the register, scheduled servicing and priority attendance. Repairs outside the plan are priced at the contract rate.
Yes. We rebuild the register from scratch, because inherited ones are usually incomplete.
It goes in the report with a photo and a price. Nothing is done until you approve it.
It depends on the asset count and attendance frequency. The site walk gives us the number and you get it in writing.
For planned works, yes. Night works and term-break programs are part of how we schedule.
Whoever is free that day does not know your building. Affinity Plumbing Solutions runs commercial plumbing maintenance across Brisbane and Greater Brisbane from Brendale, with the same crew on your site every visit. Call to arrange a site walk.
