Blocked drains, silted pits, burst mains and stormwater that ends up inside the building. We find the cause with a camera, clear it with our own jetting and vac trucks, and fix it to AS/NZS 3500.
YEARS ON COMMERCIAL SITES
Water pushing out from under a driveway in heavy rain
The line has failed somewhere below, and the water is finding its own path out. Driveways get undermined that way.
Bubbling at the base of a downpipe
The pit or the line under it can no longer take the flow, so the downpipe backs up.
Ground near the carpark edge staying soft for weeks
Water is sitting in the fill and not moving. Subsidence and slab edge movement follow.
A pit holding water for days after a storm
Silt or a collapse downstream. The pit has lost its outlet.

Stormwater sits shallow. A line 1.5 to 2 metres down is almost certainly sewer. If you are not sure, a quick locate settles it.
It must sit above the surrounding ground with a loose grate so a sewer surcharge comes out there and not inside the building.
Council holds the record and usually charges for the location. Older properties sometimes discharge to a barrel drain, a rubble pit or a neighbour's line, which is where problems start.
Often, where the host pipe is intact and there is access at both ends. A collapsed section still needs digging.
